The short version

Método X only sets the cookies it needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your choices and applying a partner offer if you arrived through one. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set if you say yes, and nothing is loaded from Google before that.

The app also keeps a few things in your browser’s local storage, such as your current conversation with the assistant. They stay on your device and are not sent anywhere. If you use “Sign in with Google”, Google may set its own cookies on its domain (accounts.google.com) under its own policy.

Google Analytics and consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic form: until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not even downloaded. If you accept, only analytics storage is enabled. Advertising signals stay off, because we do not use Analytics for advertising. Nothing about your clients (names, training, nutrition, check-ins or messages) is ever sent to Google.

If you decline, or later change your mind, the Analytics cookies are deleted from this site.

Can we measure how you use the site?

We use Google Analytics to see which pages work and where people get stuck. It only runs if you say yes, never sees your clients' data, and you can change your mind any time from the footer. Cookie policy.
